1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or purchasing any product or service from Prozone Host ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Our Services

Prozone Host provides web hosting (shared, reseller and VPS), domain registration and related services. We make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times. Service levels are further described in our Uptime Guarantee section.

4. Fees & Payment

Prices are displayed on the respective plan pages in Indian Rupees (INR). By placing an order you agree to pay the applicable fees, which may be invoiced monthly, quarterly, annually or biennially depending on the plan and billing cycle selected. All fees are non-transferable, and taxes, where applicable, are additional.

• Payments must be made through the payment methods made available at checkout.
• Renewals are processed automatically according to your selected billing cycle.
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engaging in mail bombing.
• Hosting, distributing or facilitating malware, phishing or fraudulent schemes.
• Engaging in denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against any network or system.
• Using resources in a way that degrades performance for other customers.
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of any party.
• Hosting content that is illegal or harmful under applicable Indian law.

We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates this policy pending investigation, and to terminate the account where a breach is confirmed.

6. Uptime Guarantee

Prozone Host guarantees a network uptime of 99.9% on a monthly basis for all hosting services. If this guarantee is not met and the failure is not due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure, customer action or third-party acts, you may be eligible for a service credit proportional to the downtime experienced. Credits are issued at our sole discretion and do not include refunds of already earned fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content uploaded to our servers, including website files, databases and domain content, remains your property. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to host such content. All materials produced by Prozone Host, including this website, its design, logos and documentation, remain the intellectual property of Prozone Host.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prozone Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, revenue, goodwill or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising from any claim related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your services at any time through your client area or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds are given except as described in our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for breach of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices or applicable law. When material changes are made, we will post a notice on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
